We shall add the attribute reloadable="true" to the <Context> element to enable automatic reload after code changes. Again, this is handy for test system but not for production, due to the overhead of detecting changes.
Locate the <Context> start element (around Line 19), and change it to <Context reloadable="true">.
<Context reloadable="true">

Hi Bob,
     Here's a first cut at a tool to work with some of this IMD stuff. It creates an "IMDTableFile.html" file and then displays it in a browser. The table cells are shaded in proportion to the predicted interference, and hovering the mouse cursor over a cell displays more detail.

     You should be able to unpack the zip into a directory and run a frequency set with a command like this (requires Java): IMDTabler 5645 5740 5820 5860 5945

     Below are some sets I've tried. Nothing yet looks anything near interference free. I may make a web-based version, but I think what I really what to make is something that cranks through combinations to find the best ones.

     Let me if know if you see any errors in the generated values, etc.
